Recently, the College of Textiles successfully completed the admissions process for international master's students for the 2025 academic year. The recruitment process, which began at the end of 2024 and concluded in mid-2025, attracted outstanding applicants from multiple countries.
To ensure the quality of admissions, the college conducted a thorough review of each applicant's materials, including application forms, academic transcripts, recommendation letters, award certificates, medical examination reports, police clearance certificates, and study plans. Based on these materials, the college scored and ranked the applicants, and carried out the admissions process accordingly. Additionally, the college actively assisted top-ranked students in applying for the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) to support their studies in China.
A total of over 40 international applications were reviewed, resulting in the admission of 25 students. The admitted students come from Bangladesh (21), Vietnam (2), Malawi (1), and Pakistan (1). Among them, 16 students were awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC), reflecting the college’s strong commitment to international talent development.
The successful completion of this international student recruitment process has not only enhanced the college’s global reputation but also contributed positively to educational cooperation and exchange under the Belt and Road Initiative. Moving forward, the College of Textiles will continue to refine its admissions mechanisms to attract more outstanding international students and further advance its international education initiatives.
